We are seeking motivated, practical, and forward-thinking people to join our teams in permanent, full-time station hand positions. As these are permanent positions, they are regrettably not suitable for Working Holiday Visa holders.
Our properties have a strong focus on responsible land and livestock management. We are committed to improving the ecological and environmental capacity of our holdings while investing in our people, workplace safety, and animal welfare.
These positions would suit people with livestock, machinery, and general property maintenance experience. However, applicants who demonstrate the right attitude, practical ability, and willingness to learn and develop their skills will also be strongly considered.
Aminya Pastoral values upskilling our team and we place an emphasis on providing training opportunities to build skillsets in livestock handling, dog schools and grazing management.
Long-term opportunities may be available for the right applicants across the wider pastoral group.
