TVF started with the purchase of the breeding property “Rawbelle” Monto QLD. In 1998 a large grain growing property “Thalmera” located west of Moura was purchased. With the establishment of pastures “Thalmera” became a finishing property for the weaners turned off “Rawbelle”.

Expansion of the breeding herd was commenced in 1994 with the purchase of “Evora” And “Mascot” aggregation, a sheep property in the Blackall district, “Albro” west of Clermont in 1998, “Minnie Downs”, the first registered Merino Stud, west of Tambo in 2004 and “Caledonia” north of Aramac in 2019.

“Rawbelle” was sold in 2013 and the breeder herd was relocated to “Glenbar” west of Theodore following its purchase that same year.
